Plans and limits

Every store you connect to Flexsee has its own plan. Pick the plan that fits the store, and move it up when the store grows. All plans include the full product: models, Campaign Flow, the embedded Shopify app, and the Meta Ads, Klaviyo and Mailchimp destinations.

What counts towards a limit

Limits are per store, not per organisation.

  • Orders are the orders placed in the last 30 days. Cancelled, failed and test orders are not counted.
  • Products and customers are the totals synced from the store.

Where you can see your usage

  • Settings → Billing shows each store against its plan, and how close it is to each limit.
  • The dashboard, Models and Campaign Flow pages show a notice when a store is close to a limit or over it.
  • In the Shopify app, the same usage appears on the Home and Settings pages, with a link to change plan.

If a store goes over a limit

Nothing is switched off. Flexsee tells you when a store reaches 80% of a limit, and again when it goes over.

If a store stays over a limit for 7 days, Flexsee stops training that store's models on new data and says so in the dashboard. Everything that already exists keeps working: predictions, audiences and campaigns carry on from the last trained model. Training resumes when the store moves to a bigger plan, or when it is back under 90% of every limit.

Changing a store's plan

  • Shopify stores: change the plan in Shopify. The charge appears on your Shopify invoice, and the Upgrade in Shopify link in the app takes you to the plan page.
  • WooCommerce and BigCommerce stores: choose Upgrade in Settings → Billing. Stripe shows the new price and what you will pay before you confirm.

Each store is billed on its own platform, so a Shopify store and a WooCommerce store can be on different plans. Settings → Billing shows them together in one statement. Shopify bills in US dollars and Stripe in pounds, so when you have both the statement shows a total for each currency. It never adds them together.

Moving a store to a smaller plan

A change to a smaller plan takes effect when your billing period ends. If the store is over the smaller plan's limits, Flexsee tells you before then, in the dashboard and in the Shopify app, and links to the plan page so you can keep your current plan instead. If you go ahead, the store gets the usual 7 days over a limit before training pauses.
