Open Grow email marketing opt-ins for tabbed playbooks (Shopify checkout, Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and links into your connected integrations.

From Integrations → Email & SMS, use Email consent guide in the section header or Consent guide on each connected Klaviyo/Mailchimp card.

After changes in Shopify or your ESP, sync customers (Shopify datasource; Klaviyo Re-sync customers on Email & SMS) and check Customers → filter not opted in.
